I’ve been enjoying Pati’s Rum Cakes for years, and they never disappoint!  The mini rum cakes are my personal favorite – they are my go-to because they’re perfect for corporate events, book club with friends,  holiday gifts, and just about any occasion.

 

I always buy extras because somehow a mini never survives the ride home!
